  • How can I place an order when  your hours don't fit my schedule?
    • No problem. We take orders by phone Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. We also accept orders on Saturday from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon. After your order is placed, we'll arrange a time that is convenient for you to pick it up and pay. We are flexible and can make arrangements for you to pick up your order after normal working hours. We also have delivery available for an additional fee.
  • I would like to come and see what is available in the store prior to placing my order.
    • Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not have "ready made" bouquets available at the store. Occasionally, there are bouquets for orders already placed. Our website provides the best description and pictures of our products. We are constantly updating the site, and adding new pictures.
  • I am unable to call between 10 and 2 to place an order.
    • The store has an answering machine. Just leave a message, and we will call back as soon as possible to assist you after hours.
  • How long will an arrangement typically last?
    • It is best to schedule pick up, or delivery, of your bouquet as close to the time you need it as possible. We do our best to cut and assemble your bouquet right before you pick it up, so it will be fresh. It should be consumed within 24 hrs for the best results. Our deli bouquets will last a little longer than that.
  • How much advance notice do you need?
    • At least one day advance notice is preferred. We understand that sometimes it is not possible to give that much notice, just call about same day availability and we'll see what we can do.
  • Can I customize my order?
    • Absolutely. We have many shapes to choose from to customize your bouquet. Teddy bears, baby bottles, peace doves, crosses, crowns, snow flakes, and dinosaurs are just a small sampling of our many shapes. If you'd like different fruits from what we typically place in a bouquet, we can arrange that as well depending on fruit availability at the time the order is placed.
  • Do you do special events?
    • Yes we can. Call us for a consultation for your special day.
  • How are the bouquets packages to go?
    • Each bouquet comes in a clear bag, and tied with a pretty bow. Our note cards fit into a lacy sleeve and are stapled to the package.
  • Do I need to bring something to hold the bouquet for transport when I pick it up?
    • Unfortunately we do not have extra boxes available for transporting our bouquets. If you have a utility tote or small box to hold your bouquet, it would help to ensure your bouquet arrives at its destination in the best shape.
  • Where are the bouquets made?
    • Everything in our store is made fresh on location!  Cupcakes are baked on location with real butter icing!
